Why do we spend so much time, money and other resources in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, Antarctica, the North Pole, Australia, all the oceans and even outer space when our internal society is falling apart?
There was a reason that some had guns and then America formed when we realized that was the reason EVERYONE should have a gun.

James Holmes is suspected of being the shooter in the recent Colorado movie theater shooting. James Holmes was studying at the University of Colorado Medical School for a Ph.D, the university told NBC News. The AP also reported Holmes dropped out a month ago.
The San Diego Police Department released a statement from Holmes’ family, that live in Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego. They said “our hearts go out to those who were involved in this tragedy and the family and friends of those involved.” They also stated they were “still trying to process this information.”
The new Batman movie in Aurora, a suburb of Denver, was being played when James Holmes allegedly opened fire on the crowd.
It is being reported that Holmes came thru an emergency access door at the theater. Reports are coming in that Holmes used a smoke bomb to create chaos. He then began shooting when the people in the theatre started running. The witnesses, from the Aurora theatre say there were explosions and gunshots. They described the event a very chaotic. Around 100 people were questioned by police after police and emergency responders swarmed the theatre around 12:30 am. Early Friday morning the bodies of 10 killed in the incident remained on the scene.
Aurora is the third largest Colorado city. In Aurora, Colorado large Defense Department satellite intelligence operations are at Buckley Air Force Base.
After Holmes reportedly terrorized those inside the theater, he fled to the parking lot where he was confronted by police. It is reported that Holmes wore a bulletproof vest and carried a rifle with two handguns.
FBI spokesman Jason Pack said there’s no indication in the investigation so far of any connection to terrorism. What does he consider terrorism?
President Obama urged the nation to “come together as one American family.”
“As we do when confronted by moments of darkness and challenge, we must now come together as one American family,” Obama stated. “All of us must have the people of Aurora in our thoughts and prayers as they confront the loss of family, friends, and neighbors.”
Obama later asked for a moment of silence as he spoke to supporters in Fort Myers, Fla.
“Everybody just take a moment,” Obama said. “I hope all of you will keep the people of Aurora in your hearts and minds today. I am grateful to all of you.”
James Wilburn, who was in theater 9 told the Denver Post.
“He was dressed in black,” Wilburn stated. “Wearing a flack jacket and a gas mask.”
“The man was carrying a shotgun and had a rifle strapped to his back”, Wilburn said. It is reported that the gunman then dropped a canister, causing a noxious gas to spew out, and then he used the shotgun and repeatedly fired through the crowded theater.
Wilburn and three friends are reported to have hit the floor, ducking behind seats. The gunman was only five or six feet away, James Wilburn said. Wilburn says he heard roughly 30 shots, the Denver Post reports.
Benjamin Fernandez, 30, as told by the Denver Post, says he heard a series of explosions. He said that people were running from the theater. He says he heard gunshots as police were shouting “get down.”
Fernandez saw people falling, including one young girl. It is reported that one young girl, around age 9 was shot in the stomach and another in the cheek. A six year old was the youngest victim reported as being treated at Children’s Hospital Colorado.
As we send more and more men, women and resources overseas, we also are watching our internal society fall apart. We have had shootings in high schools, colleges, malls and other crowded places where we gather. We have resources that could make life easier and better for all citizens of the United States, but instead of concentrating on our own problems, here at home, we worry about …………
